HOW TO ORDER
Due to the custom nature of our apparel and non-apparel products and to keep our prices affordable, we place bulk orders to our vendors every Thursday to complete design orders we receive. We typically receive items to be customized on the next day in our design and production studio to stay within our 10 business day turnaround time. All orders placed before 8:00 AM EST each Thursday will be included in our order for the week. Any orders placed after this cut-off time WILL NOT be ordered for customization in-house until the following Thursday. If you would like us to order your items outside of our normal ordering timeframe, you may do so for a nominal fee. Please select this option in the in the order details.
While we use multiple vendors to source our apparel, should the selected size or color you have selected are not available in the brand you selected, we will contact you for item alternatives.
There are no refunds on any part of a design order once placed and payment has been received. Please be sure to carefully review the sizing charts to ensure you are select the garment and item size that will fit. We have taken great steps to include all information you will need to make an informed sizing decision.
